I’m Andreea, and I made the official switch to cyber security in August 2022.

Having worked in various IT functions, from more siloed roles to roles that required me to engage with a lot of people, at all levels, I consider myself exposed to the best of both worlds.

My current role has everything to do with raising awareness and educating people. It has everything to do with gaining a holistic view of day to day activities, but also what happens at home, because believe it or not, what behaviours we have at home can impact the security of your business, and vice versa.

As the cyber landscape changes, so do the users, the threat actors and the educators.
